2.4I have been with the company for several years. I have advanced and done well in the past. I cannot say the same in 2020. The management changes that have occurred over the last few years have put great stress on our team and the morale of many employees! Manager and Team Lead position in the marketing and training certification departments have caused things to decline greatly. There are a small select group of employees who are given special treatment and are not required to follow the same rules as others. These employees are friends with the higher ups and therefore offered more freedom. Employees have witnessed management and team leaders discussing the personal issues of other employees with this group of friends who are not in management positions and should not ever be informed of such matters. These employees then use this information to gossip and cause the subject's stress and turmoil in the workplace. This has happened with medical issues, personal family matters among other things. This select group of employees is always given top marks on reviews, while the other employees are always marked down without just cause. If issues are noticed by management, they should be discussed throughout the year in order for an action plan to be implemented but noting is ever stated as the management and team Leads do not bother to go to these lengths and do their jobs properly. Morale is poor, and many people are frightened to try and approach a manager or team lead as they are the main problem! How can an employee have any assistance in matters such as this? Employees are made to feel ignorant and bothersome if they approach real lead or managers with issues. Managers and team lead walk through the office and not even acknowledge employees. the company has some very good employees as a majority, but a few bad apples can easily spoil the bunch, unfortunately. The company reviews speak for themselves. Many are poor. Corporate needs to clean house in management!
3I've worked for Percepta for five years. I love the people that I work with and they treat me extremely well. I'd highly recommend the company to anyone looking for call center experience or jobs.
