"The company is full of very talented and experienced people, The employees have lost benefits slowly and in very creative ways over the last several years under a new CEO. He started with a 50% cut on HealthCare benefits company-wide if that tells you anything. Then there were several rounds of layoffs. Also they got rid of tuition reimbursement so advancement was difficult."
