"I will try and make this review as fair as possible. I worked for a company called (Twist Fab) who is a division and is owned by an IOS company called PeopleSpace. In the division I worked for I was the only employee who worked directly under the owner of that division. Twist Fab was a start up company that (at the time) needed a lot of work. I was hired on as a Project + Sales Coordinator/ Personal Assistant. Management for PeopleSpace was great, however management for Twist Fab was not there. The CEO did not make an effort to learn how PeopleSpace's software and process operates which lead to a confusing tug and pull style teaching. In stead he just focused on selling product and demanding that others train me. The frustrating part was that out of everything I was taught, only 15% of it applied to how the CEO of Twist Fab wanted to run his business. So essentially being trained by others was pointless and a waste of time. The business process was ever changing, everything was situational based on the project and/or client. There just wasn't a system in place and there was little to no communication from management; just expectations. Twist Fab produces very high quality work however I would wait to work for "Twist Fab" until the CEO can restructure his company a little bit better."
