"Top down management approach. Old company and process over rules risk and accountability. Change adverse."

"Hold each division accountable to bigger goals and change up your middle managers. Move them around in terms of divisions and don't be afraid to let people work remote. Don't let proximitey limit you. Mid-managers that have been there for 10 plus need to be held accountable to growing business in new ways and inspiring their work force to be inventive and results oriented."

"It was sold three times in seven years. The management personnel grew worse with each sale."

"They have too many indians and not enough chiefs. Th chiefs were biased and need to take management training courses."
