"my position has not been around since 2001 and those who ar in the Rep groups with Pentel re most likely not getting enough percentage to take the time to show the products--"

What don't you like about working at Pentel?

"Back orders"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe Pentel is missing a lot of sales by not avig direct people--Rep Groups are not around showing their products and since Pentel does very little o no advertising Pentel is lossing market share."
