"Great Products! -CEO David woods is driving a great company into the ground, just like he did 10+ years ago. -Very poor and inexperience management that is disconnected from the market. -Unorganized. -Lack of a clear vision. -Hard sell. -Micro Management. -No clinical data that shows better than the competition. -No investment in clinical data. -Very low market share. -Lack of Communication among management and sales force. -Leadership lacks negotiation skills and holds the sales force to unachievable standards because they negotiated a BAD deal. -Lack of knowledge! -Commissions based on % to goal but goals aren’t set until 6 months into the year. -Unethical practices, borderline illegal. -Terrible Culture. -Service is understaffed and terrible. -Employees are not valued and are looked at as a number. -Very low car allowance, half industry standard. -If you loose a receipt they will not reimburse you for the expense. They attempt to do everything possible to not pay an expense. -Low Hotel Budget, think motel 6. -Low daily allowance. -Used car salesman culture. If you need experience in Medical Sales take the job as a stepping stone! If you have experience RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN and keep Running, don’t look back!"
