"I've worked for Pensacola Christian College as a full-time IT programmer for 7.5 years. I really enjoyed the working environment and the experience I gained there. The only problem I have is the below average salary that causes recruiters to ask a lot of questions. The technology and experience is modern and industry standard. I consider it a great way to gain programming experience on a resume without entering the market as a new graduate with no experience."
