"Great company with one drawback - compensation. This is a great company to start a career in IT. You can pursue any avenue of learning in the tech industry, with reimbursement of approved expenses. You get an individual office, not a cubicle. The director of IT is supportive of work and personal life goals. There is little to no room to advance, though you do get annual raises. They don't require much (if any) experience, and they pay accordingly. Benefits are good, but very costly to cover a family. 401k with profit sharing (vested after 5 years). Definitely recommend for anyone just starting out."
