"It was completely different from other positions I held, and had a lot of challenges."

What don't you like about working at Pendum?

"Management had no concept of the amount of time required each day to just keep up with requirements. There was little attention paid to maintenance on vehicles. Employee turnover was too high. Much too much time was devoted to e-mails. The decision to close the branch must have been in the discussion phase whe I was hired, yet it was never mentioned. Expectations, after being hired, were for seven days a week devotion to job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a better way of getting the job done without putting in 14 hour days. Develop a good maintenance program for vehicles. Get away from being glued to PC's to keep up with e-mails. Be more forthcoming about expectations and responsibilites before a hiring offer is made."
