"Unfortunately this is a very stressful workplace, you are underpaid for your work load. They have no appreciation for their staff, their philosophy is you owe them because they blessed you with a job. If management cared about their staff and guests as much as they cared about the way the grass is manicured this would be a great place to work. There is no room for advancement and you will never hear the words Good Job. The plus side is free coffee and breakfast."
