"I've worked for Pearl IzumI since March of 2008. It is a great place to work with a health focus atmosphere. They treat their employees very well. As far as leading the way in the industry, there are still a lot of growing pains. The leadership has quite a bit of turn over and lacks consistency. Lessons learned are never addressed so there are a LOT of costly mistakes."
