"Potential and current employees should be aware that company-issued computers are preinstalled with ObserveIT software which, among other things, records video of your entire screen so that your boss or others can watch it live or later. The spyware also captures every keystroke including, of course, any personal password entered to log into a personal email account, or bank account, whatever -- and also the full text of every personal email sent from the work computer. It is within their rights to install that software but, in my opinion, it is unethical to do so without simply explaining that the software is there and the employee should never under any circumstances do anything personal with the computer. That would be a sensible rule, but they don't have it, and without it that software is poor form. Pay is at least average. My boss is understanding. Half of my coworkers are highly competent, and half is really nice, some are both or neither. The company prints money like mint, you get to work for a billionaire super couple, if that's your thing."
