"Our increases were far and few between. The little we received did not keep up with the economy/cost of living."

"Focus more on the Employees. I know we have great benefits and it is a good company to work for. However, they only focus on the Employees that bring in revenue not the employee that support them."

"If you are not a GREAT sales person and don't ramp up very quickly do NOT apply. This is for pro's no begginners. You will get run over. If your not ready for long hours long driving trips and working weekends to be there for your clients. Don't bother"
