"The company had 19 consecutive profitable years and then one bad one. Management recently decided to buy a new building in Calabasas instead of continuing to lease a building in Northridge."

"Most of the work I've done has nothing to do with the project for which I was hired (and which has been shelved indefinitely)."

"Give your staff tasks to do and then step back and let them do what you asked them to do."

"I worked for Peak Performance Consulting for 4 months and during this time I witnessed a very high turnover, approximately 85%. The office atmosphere is high energy and encouraging. The repeated goal is to focus on and develop the people, sales not being a focus. However, the second sales drop in your job is in jeopardy."
