"I joined the Peace Corps excited for a whole new experience. They really helped provide that by teaching you so much in a short span of time. My experience really helped put things into perspective about what was most important to me. I've never grown so much so quickly."
"I worked with the United States Peace Corps for seven months, until the evacuation in March 2020 due to the outbreak of COVID. The organization values training, working with people of all backgrounds and pushes you to grow in more ways than one. I highly recommend this organization."
"I worked for Peace Corps from 09-24-2019 to 03-18-2020. My service was cut short due to COVID-19 but while I was there I was able to make great relationships with the people in my cohort and community. I served in Eswatini, Africa as a HIV/AIDS Mitigation Officer."
"Serving in the Peace Corps was an incredible experience. Though it isn't for everyone, I learned skills such as resistance and working with others."
"Peace Corps Nepal is an excellent opportunity to try out new things, adventure to new places, and make a real impact. The freedom allotted to you in the field is incredible and really allows you to experiment and figure things out on your own. If you can thrive in independent situations and you have the financial ability to volunteer, I highly recommend it."
"Peaccorps is the hardest job you'll love to hate, but hate to love. It challenges you both intellectually, emotionally and physically. An experience of a lifetime, that will change you forever!"
"Great company to work for."
"I worked for the Peace Corps for two years in which I have learned a great deal about the world outside of America and I have learned a great deal about myself. The Peace Corps is an amazing opportunity that I suggest anyone should try."
"Peace Corps is unlike any other employer. Between 1961 and 2013, over 210,000 Americans joined the Peace Corps and served in 139 countries building infrastructure, improving agriculture, supporting education, and building deep and meaningful relationships with foreign nationals. My experience was in Ukraine, where I served as a teacher of English as a foreign language. My service allowed me to not only teach English, but also film making, US history and culture, creative writing, and science."
