"I worked for PCS for over 6 years with never getting a raise, My auto expense was based on .25 per mile when it is to be .555 per mile given by the government. The resources to do your job properly is null and void. Once you are out in the field no matter what equipment you are working on you have no tech resources. The testing for Dell, HP Lenovo certifications are all taken by other techs for you or you for them so if you pass a certification it then goes under another tech not you. Good luck."
