"Company sends out emails and pretends as though they are trying to do the right thing, the moral thing. Then when acted upon behind closed doors, its turns out it was just all a rouse to make themselves look good. After years with the company it turned out that this followed suit with countless of issues. They have 120 employees with no HR department. Their philosophy was "If you didn't see the speed limit, then how could they possibly be pulled over for speeding.""
