"I worked for PCM for 7 months. They heavily recruited me and offered a great salary to bring me on board. Once I made the move I was very upset to find that the company hardly had any work for us to do. My team literally sat around studying on our own for 2 months before getting any projects at all. We requested some training materials that we could go through while we were on the bench only to be denied. They had no lab where we could practice our skills. Employees are just a number."
