"Management is poorly prepared to handle downturns. Employees are considered expendable at the drop of hat. They run off all of the good people and continually hire newbies who don't know better. The mediocre ones stay, the good ones move on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would recommend leadership training but with the ego's that would have to be tempered, it would only work for a small number of them."
