Working at Paytronix in Newton, MA: 2 Employee Reviews

Paytronix Employee

"With ten years at Paytronix, I have seen the company grow from a small startup to being a significant player in its field. The growth has been great and the future potential is significant. The corporate culture has changed as well as it is gone from a smaller group that enabled each employee to have a close relationship to embracing a larger corporate culture. The company is implementing the current "woke" corporate culture/ideology, which is beneficial to some while unsettling to others."

Paytronix Employee

"I worked at Paytronix Systems full-time for more than a year Pros: Nice startup environment. Flexible working hours, can come in to work between 7 - 10 am. Fun employee outings. Generally young employees average age between 21 - 40. Cons: High turnover for technology consultants. Work is repetitive, and no real growth within the position, and advanced degree is not needed for position. Unclear KPI's for advancement. Recently growing company, so lots of organizational changes, so there are unclear policies. Management is not really supportive of career growth. Former employees were fearful to express their career goals to managers out of fear of covert backlash. Unclear training for new consultants, and due to high turnover and complex product hard to understand product."
