"The environment, management, attitude, no room to grow within. Not much of a raise and they write employees up for everything."

"For them to stop micromanaging the staff and to have a more positive attitude towards the employees."

"I like that our little part of the company feels like family."

"Plan on fun, but construction is not for the weak minded. The employees will test your limits but if you get to know them they are really wonderful people!"

"The lack of opportunities (without moving to Texas) are difficult to maintain my drive to learn."

"It would be nice to train from within, rather than always seeking outside hires."
