"Payroll processing is never boring and never predictable and I love that. Using the latest technology and strong customer service skills are two areas I excel at so combining them into a payroll manager position is a great fit for me. The only real drawback can be relying on applications or government agencies that may not be as up to date or responsive as they should be."

"personally, the people are great to work with; but I don't think the company will last much longer because of the lack of management and financial stability"

"general ethics. lack of financial stability. very bad employee management. I also didn't put my salary because it was less than the lowest available option in the drop down menu.... not to mention much lower than the average for my job description."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"pay your bills. give your employees what is due to them - - deposit their 401k funds into their accounts!!!! (its ILLEGAL not to)"
