"I've worked for 3 years in this company. I believe that improvements in operational behavior and motivation factor will take this company on the better level. However, the pay is below average, and no 401K, and poor medical plan. Executive team does not communicate well to take responsibility and strategic decisions are not made on time. More organizational skills and ethical treatment of employers is needed. Small company, of 30 people and 2 offices in California."
