"This company is out of it's league undergoing large projects. Lack of experience/uper management has been difficult to deal with.The clients owner is the sole reason I joined the team to achieve the long overdue C/O for this project. My realtionship with the owner has been strong as I have completed several projects with them under a different contractor."
