"The company likes to take advantage of people that need a job. That way if you say you can't work graveyard or last second they threaten to fire you. I worked all over Orange County for minimum wage and never got paid for using my own gas. I was literally just paying for the gas. Doesn't matter how hard you work or how many favors you do. You're just there to see how long you're used until you get fed up and leave. I worked with a few people who didn't even have their guard card. Honestly not a good first job if you're starting out. I can not recommend this company. You think working at a HOA in a very expensive area would pay more but definitely not. You even wonder what the heck are you doing there when the so called kings and queens talk down on you when you don't wait on them hand and foot. It was a little degrading."
