"Patriot as a company is a great company. The owner is heavily involved and loves what he stands for. The downside is the actual store-level people running the show. There is no Patriot Way only pushing for the next sale. No leadership which is weird coming from a business owned by a military vet. Leaders of men are what you would think would be there, standard car business people. Two-faced and only worried about a check. Great company to work for if you can buy into the politics that come with big city dealerships."
