"Personal office with dual computer monitors for efficiency. Freedom to tackle tasks which I feel have the highest priority. For example evaluating the effect that higher pricing has on our collection rate before adding fresh accounts to outside collections companies (who only collect about 8%)"

"Be prepared to work as a professional, and don't be afraid to propose ideas that contradict the current way of doing things."

What don't you like about working at Patriot Ambulance?

"Although it is large for an ambulance company, I don't feel like I'm developing and learning new things. I also really don't like living in the Northeast, and I'm now ready to move down South."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop increasing your private pay pricing, allow someone improve your old website, and don't be afraid to cut costs."
