"Used to be an awesome place but lately it's been chaos. To many Management for each Department and always in meetings. Pay is good for new employees and certain people. New people are getting paid close if not more than the people who've been there a length of time. There isn't a scale on what your work involves, a person with Chemical knowledge makes less than a line operator"

"Be open, honest, and willing to place others before yourself to make sure the team suceeds at reaching it's goals and it will be reconized and rewarded."
What don't you like about working at Patrick Industries?
"The industry we supply. In this area our largest customer in the housing industry decided a few years ago to take most of the products and services we provided in-house which has proven to be unsucessfull, but with such a large capital investment is irreversable."

"No, they do a great job. The only thing I could say is keep doing what you're doing."
