"If you are looking to join them outside India, look for sales, delivery & such positions which are essentially required to be positions onsite."

What don't you like about working at Patni Computer Systems?

"After recent take over by the small company iGATE Corpn, which was 1/4th the size of Patni, the integration has issues. Company is not doing well, hence they are curtting jobs in USA & taking them to India"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to recogonize talent & contributions done by the emplyees. In service industry People are their assets. If you purely go by cost cutting measures, eventuelly, business suffers."
