"PATLive has a vision of including all employees in the success of the company. They look for innovation from all levels and reward their employees based on their input."

"It's a family style environment looking for top quality employees. Be honest and driven and sell yourself as having those characteristics."

What don't you like about working at PATLive?

"The company has two main avenues for revenue, private and public sector. We have started to focus primarily on the private sector and I noticed many great ideas didn't get enough attention as the company wasn't large enough to invest in both channels at the same time. I would have liked to spend more energy on generating innovative new ideas for small and medium businesses instead of primarily focusing on large state agency contracts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do everything possible to grow the development team and shift more focus to the private sector."

"I like the pay rate and flexibility of the schedule."

"I don't like the fact of there being so many scenarios."
