"PatientPop is a great place to gain experience. There is a ton you can learn about startups and SaaS at this company. The leadership I feel is honest and driving the company in a good direction. The culture is great, the product is ok. The product works, but not really in the way that the customers think it does, so therefor it often seems like it doesn't work. I feel they are trying to offer 100 features that work acceptably rather than doing a few things very well. I feel that they pay in the bottom third of the SaaS industry. Good resume builder."
"PatientPop provides great growth opportunities for all employees and offers best-in-class benefits. The experience I had at PatientPop helped me grow my professional skills as well as expand my professional network. The leadership at PatientPop is transparent and helps employees see how their contributions directly impact the business."
"I've worked at PatientPop since January 2019. The company's mission to help small medical practices thrive is admirable and permeates across the organization. PatientPop has grown significantly in the past few years creating growing pains, but my managers have done a fantastic job of providing my team with the tools and resources necessary to thrive."
"it's great for the most part"
"The company does a lot of things right, such as great company parties and events. They do a good job of hiring people that are great professionally, but also on a personal level. Management can be disconnected some times because of their goal for 100 million ARR. Expectations are always high, but for a company to succeed it makes sense. Sometimes it comes at the expense of the work life balance. I think it depends on the role you are in though. Managers on the ground level are phenomenal for the most part. Loved working in my team, but the job can burn you out rather quickly. This is evident in the high turnover rate in the implementation manager role."
