What don't you like about working at University of Pennsylvania?

"I do not like the way the patient registration department is run. They treat everyone there like we are kids. The things they should be worried about they are not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to send all management and supervisor back to training on how to treat all employees. I think most if not all of them should not be in management."
