"Be ready for about nine interviews, each time repeating what you said in the last. These people don't seem to communicate, and they can't make a decision."

"Duties and expectations increased as resources decreased. Those running the show seemed to be grasping at straws. Cookie cutter initiatives were bad for individual sites."
