"This company is not the same as it was when Tom Simons was running the show. He was appreciative of his employees, and focused his business on the employee satisfaction. If an employee is happy, feels their job is secure, is provided with non monetary company benefits, then the employee will be able to do their job well. Current buy out and over hiring of execs, lack of communication, priorities not including the employees... place has gone down hill significantly."
