"This is a great company to work for if you like a fast pace, different scenarios to help customers with and decent peers to work alongside with. There is a good work/ life balance."

"I worked with the company for about a year. Initially it is a great company to work for, or at least gives you the image that it is a great company to work for. Then... you begin to notice things. There are a terrible amount of inconsistencies regarding company policy as well as a ridiculous amount of exceptions to those policies. The higher ups are so duplicitous that it's amazing, the talent actually spans the entire management team and a majority of coworkers. Compensation is a joke especially considering the amount of work you are expected to do, the time and effort it takes to handle that work, the individuals you deal with, and a plethora of other things, which, considering its claim to be a wonderful employer, is an oxymoron. There is no room for growth, although you are told there is. To move up, someone would literally have to pass away. Honesty, keeping one's word is a trivial thing there, which leaves the staff especially jaded. The system of checks and balances seems to be in a permanent state of anarchy. The use of money makes no sense whatsoever; as an employee it is questionable. The funniest part about working for this company is the use of "team". Team work is supposed to be a foundation that they want to build on. You are essentially told "there is no I in team", but what is portrayed is "There is no I in team, but there is certainly a me". Favoritism is common place; of course it's noted to not exist, but it's clearly obvious. The turnover rate is astounding! Any normal company would look for a reason, they would want to know why employees lose motivation, lose interest, lose drive and desire to want to be there, but not this company. Time and energy is spent in constant redundancy. Help is received, although at a slow and meandering pace. It's surprising people deal with it. All in all, it's an ok place to have a job, but certainly not a career. If you begin working here, make a contingency plan as soon as possible."
