"Project Management has too much say in decisions. Engineering Manager and Department Managers should pay more active role in project execution. Business Development and Marketing need to be improved. Client should be kept happy."

"Improve Project Management teams and Project Engineering Managers, provide diversity in the management positions."

"Parsons is a very excellent company compared to Jacobs Engineering, Technip, WorleyParsons, and Bechtel. In every aspect Parsons is well managed."

What don't you like about working at Parsons?

"In Parsons management and designing and engineering personnel have proper communications with each other, compare to other companies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest the management group to continue their good work the way they were performing before 2005 (while I was there)."

"Very little. 30 years of working in the business and I recommend to others not to apply to Parsons for employment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make Parsons the last company you review with, hopefully you will have another offer before you reach them. Don't be enticed by just money, make sure you have a competent attorney to support your concerns, complaints and objections. If you're working overseas for them make sure you keep enough money for your own transportation home and the address, phone number, and contact for the nearest US Embassy for assistance."

What don't you like about working at Parsons?

"Cliquey, rampant misconduct among employees, no security, no employee loyalty, traitorous environment, stressful working environment caused by poor management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Correct the human resource failures in your organization and transfer people so you break up the relationships and management structure. Make better selections of management personnel with better professional skills."
