"Many of the manager were not people who worked their way up from the lower ranks, so they weren't really people persons and lacked the necessary people skills and/or hands-on knowledge. They also relied on to much e-mail communication veres a phone call on the same device. Made them less connected!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get down in the trenches, learn what it takes to do the job efficiently,cost effectively and with a attitude of doing the job right the 1st time."
