"Everything is bad. I just loath the whole place. It was the management that makes me want to leave despite having nice colleagues. But I have to think of my future prospect as it clearly shows that there are no growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Honestly, I worked closely with management. They are only in for their own benefits, not the empolyees, company nor for the same compnies working in other countries. A management that is difficult to work with while all day they just gossip, brain wash and back stab people as and when they can."

"Nothing. It's boring and full of backstabbers and gossipers. Bad environment to work in. One of the worst company I worked for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Personally get to the root of most issues. Don't wait till emplyees' contributions. As leaders, we have to give excitement, vision and goals for our workers, making them to look forward to work and play in the office."
