"It is a great company with a good concept but lacking in some structural consistency for the time being. They have some great employees and talented individuals that have the potential of being developed to fill in leadership roles, but promoting from within is difficult and usually decided by individuals that never get to see their accomplishments eventually leading to the loss of interest. The company has over 500 employees and 4,000 locations world wide."
