"I enjoyed working for Pardee. I had great training and was given lots of opportunities to stand out. I was appreciated and rewarded generously by my superiors for my hard work. The culture was challenging when I was there (toxic coworkers), but since then they've cleaned house and I hear it's much better and more streamlined. I left because I moved away, but I'd go back if I ever decided to move back to Vegas."
