"Poor training - The company gives VERY poor training, and when it comes time for management to explain why employees are not trained, they will basically blame you that you don't know what you are doing. They will basically throw you into the fire, knowing that you don't know what you are doing, making you fall flat on your face. They MAY pick you up and tell you that they will do some damage control."
