"The owner uses his employees and takes advantage of the type of people who go above and beyond. Failing business model. Signs contracts with GC’S without establishing the proper amount of employees to handle all the jobs. 25 active job sites in states all over the US, but only employs 4 supers. 2 project managers, and a project coordinator to handle them all. GC’S always complain there is not manpower which is then blamed of the employees for being lazy and incompetent. Fired for asking the owner to work remotely during COVID 19 so I could stay home with my son as I’m a single mother. He refused even though state and local officials were asking people to stay home. My job was 100 percent remote in an office and still, he refused to allow me to work from home. I was fired the next day. When I asked why he then changed what he said to “laid off”. He is an imaginably rude, loud, and nasty man who had no qualms with screaming at staff so the entire office can hear. There is not anyone I would ever recommend this Company to, not even my worst enemy."
