They take time to teach you and will answer any of your questions. As an engineer at Paramount Farms you are doing a lot of field work which is exciting and interesting compared to sitting at a desk for countless hours. As an intern you receive hands-on experience."

"Unfortunately there is nothing good that I can say about this company."

"If you have any other options take it. This company has no sense of right and wrong."

What don't you like about working at Paramount Farms?

"They lured me away from a good job that allowed me to provide for my family, and after 8 days of work they fired me for deviation from the position's plan. Please ask yourself something, how much deviation can be accomplished in 8 days I believe I was hired to be fired, to teach someone a lesson, to show this individual who has the control, and I was a casualty of this companies bs heartless practices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grow a heart and if you are hiring someone to do a job, let them do it!"
