"While given an opportunity to learn, management and the loan officers in a specific branch in the Los Angeles area were my first bad experience while working in the industry. The workers were not accountable for their own errors and preferred to blame others in the office. Some loan officers would hardly ever show up but expect you to know what was happening with little to no communication on their part. Some saw the eagerness to learn as a weakness and would benefit from this. The manager was kind and caring but would not hold her own employees accountable even when the worker's environment was"
