"Company started as Lathrop Engineering, which was an amazing company with a close knit staff. We were bought out by Paramit, and inevitably underwent management changes. These changes did not see much success; all but one Lathrop employee remains at Paramit, the management staff is overwhelmed and inexperienced, most often over selling their capability to customers. Over the last two years, Paramit product development management team has lost more customers than gained. Profits are non existent, and most of the staff are contact workers as the company cant afford to keep salary employees on board because of the failures of the management team. Such a shame, Lathrop Engineering was so successful, competent and trustworthy, none of that remains."
