"Being threatend by a supervisor... who didnt have a supervisor title... Yet was considered a supervisor by managment for some unknown reason. HR did nothing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Complete culture change. Stop implementing things on the fly. Alot of things were not working and running smoothly because of this."
