"I enjoyed my time at Paradigm Partners. The two partners that ran the company were very intelligent, driven, and had strong core values. They created a position for me as I was leaving another position I’d held for 9 years. They tried out having a dedicated in house IT person. In the end they weren’t ready to implement everything necessary for the position to remain of value. We mutually agreed that the position wasn’t needed and we separated on good terms. The company was a pleasure to work at."
