"The manager never does anything she’s supposed to do. Nothing gets done. She also gives away free products to her friends and we’re always short on inventory. She never pays for anything. She yells and curses and is completely unprofessional."

"Fired unfairly due to myself not managing labor/Food cost effectively......except that I was. There were more stores not hitting their numbers when I was without issues. This could have been proven in the POS system. DM fired me due to the owner worried about closing stores because he doesn't hold family members accountable that manage stores for him, and O was making more money than anyone else. Do not work for these people and expect to make a living unless you're related."

"Weak corporate support. Large disconnect between franchisees and dfo and corp"

"Think new age. Management techniques are old school. This company is ran by young people"

"Their choices for managers were extremely bad as I could have done their jobs myself much better and did do better in their absences."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Owners and district managers need to investigate how their managers are doing better and when promoting, they need to make sure the managers know what they are doing. Both managers I had to work under had extremely bad attitudes. The first one knew how to do the job, but did not do it. The second one did not have a clue how to do his job and constantly asked me how to do it."
