"Be prepared to be interviewed by a cross-functional team that you would be working with should you be hired."

What don't you like about working at Panalpina?

"I don't like the fact that the company no longer maintains an office near my home."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they keep bringing in top talent from outside the company while promoting the talented people they already have."

"Talking to the people from all over the world. It is an import, export company. The employees and my boss were great people to work with."

"Just be yourself."

What don't you like about working at Panalpina?

"There was nothing I did not like. The drive was so far, my sister got sent to Iraq and I went in for her interview, which is why I took the job. In keeping her children I had to relocate to San Bernadino, which made my drive a very long one."

"Clive was my manager and there would not be anything I would change about him."

"HR needs to do a better job in the company. They also need fair treatment for everybody since the big people want to step on the lil people."
