"I worked for pamarco for 3 years. The company is very basic in its structure and process. The company operates in a single industry with limited resources, access, and opportunities. The same task is done on a daily basis so the ability to learn the process and create an environment of specialized human capital is the only means of continuing production for this firm. Human capital is the main objective in Pamarco’s manufacturing process. No room for advancements, growth, or excel. Information is limited and rarely utilized at the shop. Workers are not encouraged to increase their efficiency, knowledge, processes, or ways of operations."
